Terms & Conditions

The rules that apply when you buy, sell, or import a vehicle through Ziarkash Motor Logistics.

1. Who we are

Ziarkash Motor Logistics is the trading name of Ziarkash Motor Logistics. We source and import vehicles from USA auctions (including Copart and IAAI) and from manufacturers in China, we sell verified vehicles locally in Afghanistan, and we provide shipping, VIN checks, and consignment services. Our head office is Office No. 316, Caravan Mall, 2nd Street, Karte Naw, Kabul 1001, Afghanistan, with offices in Herat, Sharjah (UAE), Alexandria, VA (USA), and Toronto (Canada).

2. Quotes and estimates

Any figure we give before purchase — including any estimate shown on this website — is an indicative estimate only. The final price depends on the winning auction bid, auction house fees, shipping rates, exchange rates, and customs assessment at the time of import. A written quote issued by Ziarkash Motor Logistics before payment is the binding figure.

3. Deposits and payment

  • Vehicle purchases require a deposit before bidding or ordering.
  • Balance payments fall due when we notify you that the vehicle is secured and ready for shipping.
  • We issue an itemised breakdown of all charges. We do not add hidden fees.

4. Bidding on your behalf

When you instruct us to bid, you give us a maximum bid. You only pay if we win the auction. If the vehicle sells above your maximum, no purchase is made. Auction results, lot availability, and timers shown on this website are indicative and may change at the auction house's discretion.

5. Shipping and delivery

Transit times are estimates and depend on carrier schedules, port congestion, customs clearance, and weather or security conditions on the route. We commit to transparent updates and proof-of-status at each stage, but cannot guarantee a fixed number of days.

6. Condition of auction vehicles

Auction vehicles are sold as-inspected. Third-party condition reports (Copart/IAAI grading, photos, and reports) are provided by the auction house and are not our own assessment. We share them exactly as received so you can judge for yourself, and we recommend a physical inspection through our US team for high-value lots.

7. Selling with us (consignment)

  • Listing is free; we take an agreed commission only when your car sells.
  • You confirm that you are the lawful owner and that the vehicle is free of undisclosed encumbrances.
  • We may decline or remove any listing that fails our review.

8. VIN & chassis check tool

Our free decode tool is provided for information only and draws on public data (NHTSA vPIC for 17-character VINs). Japanese JDM chassis numbers, and some Chinese or European formats, are not covered. The tool creates no warranty of any kind.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Our liability for any claim is limited to the service fees we charged for the specific transaction. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit or loss of use, arising from delays or third-party actions.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Disputes are handled in good faith, first through direct discussion with our Kabul office.
